Leo’s bright and busy work is a funhouse of jaded, pithy sayings like “Cruelty goes hand in hand with good taste.” Animals, fascist dictators, hipsters, aliens, primordial ooze and other characters are repeating motifs. Strong undercurrents of existential dread will be appreciated by anyone trying to maintain their sanity in 2020’s circus of horrors.
