Artist, writer and free spirit with an interest in food, nutrition, spirituality, sushi, fitness and yoga in no particular order. Creativity knows no boundaries and will not fit easily into preset categories. Instead, the artistic process expands with new mediums and a variety of interests. Painting, drawing and collage give way to writing and blogging about sushi and yoga. At the moment, the written word feels more appropriate for creative expression and sharing. Savoring different foods and discovering great beverage pairings becomes an act of creativity.
