Emily Rapport, Principal Designer/Developer

Eat Paint Studio was founded in 2007 by Emily Rapport. Fluent in HTML/CSS, WordPress Theme Development, and with a background in fine art, Emily believes that design is a collaborative process.

“My goal is to understand your needs and expectations in order to develop an online presence that communicates your vision. A successful design project (web or print) is one that distills your ideas simply, effectively and beautifully.”

A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Emily started building websites way back in 1998 to showcase her oil paintings. Emily has exhibited her artworks in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Germany and Amsterdam. This 2011, Emily was awarded the “Ravenswood Arts Advocate Award” by Ravenswood ArtWalk for her volunteer work supporting and promoting the arts in the Ravenswood community.
